Technoleader LLC was founded in 2009 in Tyumen. With excellent professional engineering capacity of employees, the company has a proven track record in performance in all regions of Russia (Komi, Volga-Ural, Western Siberia, Gydan Peninsula, Irkutsk district and Zabaykalsky Krai).

We provide services to develop technical solutions for the successful construction of wells, we accompany the development of downhole equipment, we offer coring services in various geological conditions.

In 2019, we launched the production of our own PDC bits. We are developing underground equipment for drilling and wells completion. We continuously strive to find and create the best solutions that meet the challenges of the modern oil and gas industry.

We provide our own designed PDC bits as well as the products according the drawings supplied by the customer.

A team of professional engineers uses a scientific approach to develop best-fit designs. The production applies both Steel Body manufactured in Russia and Matrix by Chinese manufacturers.

Regardless of the challenge in difficult geological conditions, our drill bits incorporate Premium PDC cutters well-proven for drilling hard and high-impact formations. We use wide range of application-specific cutters with various geometric considerations, both cylindrical and shaped (3D, 4D).

Our company has efficient and well-established supply chain in Russia as well as from abroad.

We carry out the selection of equipment and industrial chemicals of domestic and imported production based on Customer's technical specification.

For addressing Customer`s current challenges we develop the comprehensive well construction program identifying acute technical solutions.

A team of professionals with many years of experience in leading oilfield service companies is involved in the work process.

We provide engineering services in the construction of exploitation, exploration and parametric wells. The list of services includes downhole equipment maintenance and engineering support, drilling service, as well as coring services.
